MOTS-c has no established human dosing guideline, and it is important to say so plainly. It is a 16-amino-acid mitochondrial-derived peptide first characterized in a 2015 study that was largely done in cells and mice, with human involvement limited to detecting the peptide in plasma. Everything about dosing is extrapolated from that preclinical base.[1][2]
