Please read these Terms carefully before using PepHub. They include an important health disclaimer, the rules for using the Services, and the App Store terms that apply to the app.
These Terms of Service (the Terms) govern your access to and use of the PepHub mobile app (the App) and the PepHub website at pephub.app (the Site), together the Services, operated by PepHub (we, us, or our). By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
PepHub is an informational and personal-tracking tool. It is not a healthcare provider, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions. Nothing in the Services is a recommendation to use, purchase, or administer any substance.
Many peptides and related compounds are experimental, are not approved for human use, and can carry serious health and legal risks. The reference content we publish is educational, is often based on preliminary or animal research, and may be incomplete or become outdated. You are solely responsible for your own health decisions, and you should always consult a qualified, licensed clinician before starting, stopping, or changing anything related to your health. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read or logged in the Services.
The statements and information in the Services have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other regulatory authority, and nothing in the Services is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. See our full Medical Disclaimer at /disclaimer for details.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you will comply with all laws that apply to you, including any laws governing the substances you choose to research or track.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

The App lets you log information such as compounds, doses, schedules, and notes. This content is stored locally on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy. You own your content, and you are responsible for it and for keeping your device secure. Because we do not store your logged content on our servers, we cannot recover it for you if your device is lost, reset, or the App is deleted.
The Services, including their text, design, graphics, and software, but excluding the content you create, are owned by PepHub or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. The PepHub name and logo are our marks and may not be used without our permission.
The Services may reference or link to third-party studies, labels, websites, or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, and a reference or link is not an endorsement. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that party's own terms.
You obtained the App through the Apple App Store, and the following additional terms apply. These Terms are between you and PepHub only, not with Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
The Services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information in them is accurate, complete, or current.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PepHub and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services or any decision you make based on them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim, or twenty-five U.S. dollars.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PepHub and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of another.
You may stop using the Services at any time by deleting the App. We may suspend or end your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification, will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, to the extent applicable, the state in which PepHub's operator is based, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
