This policy explains what information the PepHub app and website collect, how it is used, and the choices you have. In short: what you log stays on your device, and we do not track you or sell your data.
PepHub is built to be private by default. The peptides, doses, and schedules you log in the app are stored locally on your device. We do not collect them, we cannot see them, and they are never sent to our servers.
We do not track you across apps or websites, we do not use advertising networks, and we do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. The sections below explain the details, including the limited, aggregate analytics we use to understand how the product is used.
This Privacy Policy applies to the PepHub mobile app (the App) and the PepHub website at pephub.app (the Site), together the Services. By using the Services, you agree to the handling of information described here.
When you log a compound, dose, injection site, schedule, note, or reminder in the App, that information is saved locally on your device using the operating system's on-device storage. This content stays on your device. We do not have a copy of it, and it is not transmitted to us or to any third party as part of normal use.
Because this data lives on your device, it is included in your device's own backups if you have those enabled (for example, an encrypted iCloud or iTunes backup managed by Apple under Apple's terms). Those backups are controlled by you and your device settings, not by PepHub.
To keep the Services working and to understand how they are used in aggregate, we and our service providers collect limited technical information. This is usage and diagnostic data, not the health-related content you log.
We use the limited information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve the Services, to diagnose and fix technical problems, to understand which features are useful, to keep the Services secure and prevent abuse, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not use your information to build advertising profiles.
PepHub does not track you. We do not link the data collected through the Services to third-party data for advertising purposes, we do not share it with data brokers, and we do not use third-party advertising networks in the App. For this reason the App does not present Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, because it does not perform tracking as Apple defines it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are used under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act.
We rely on a small number of reputable service providers to run the Services. They process information only on our behalf and only to provide their service. These currently include analytics providers (such as PostHog and Vercel Analytics) and hosting and content-delivery infrastructure (such as Vercel). These providers may process data in aggregate or pseudonymous form; they are not permitted to use it for their own advertising.
The Site uses only the cookies and local storage needed to function and to gather the privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics described above. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the Site may then work less smoothly. The App does not use advertising identifiers for tracking.
The content you log in the App is retained on your device until you delete it or delete the App. The aggregate usage and diagnostic data we collect is retained only as long as needed for the purposes described here, and is stored in aggregated or pseudonymous form where practical.
You are in control of the data you enter into the App. You can edit or delete individual entries at any time, and deleting the App removes the data it stored on your device. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA, including the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, and the right to object to certain processing.
The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited information we handle. Keeping your logged content on your device reduces its exposure, but no method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Protecting your device with a passcode and keeping your operating system up to date is the best safeguard for the data stored locally.
We are based in the United States, and the limited data we collect may be processed there or in other countries where our service providers operate. Data protection laws in those countries may differ from those where you live. By using the Services, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States.
PepHub is an informational and personal-tracking tool. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The content you log and the reference material we publish are not a substitute for professional medical care. Always consult a qualified clinician about your health and any substance you are considering.
The statements and information in the Services have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other regulatory authority. Nothing in the Services is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Many peptides and related compounds are investigational research chemicals that are not approved for human use and can carry serious health and legal risks. See our full disclaimer for details.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide a more prominent notice. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
