About these numbers

The example mixes a 5 mg vial with 2 mL of water for 2.5 mg/mL, where a 2.5 mg dose is 1 mL, or 100 units. Community protocols commonly cite roughly 2 to 2.5 mg once or twice weekly.

There are no controlled human trials of TB-500, and it is not FDA-approved. Treat any dose figure as community practice rather than a guideline, and note it is prohibited in drug-tested sport.
