About these numbers

The example mixes a 5 mg vial with 2 mL of water for 2.5 mg/mL, where a 250 mcg dose is 0.1 mL, or 10 units. Community protocols commonly cite roughly 200 – 500 mcg once daily.

KPV is not FDA-approved, and its anti-inflammatory evidence is almost entirely preclinical. There is no established human dose, so treat any figure as community practice rather than a guideline.
