CJC-1295 Dosage

GHRH analog

CJC-1295 dosing hinges on which form you mean. There is no FDA-approved dose, so every figure here traces to a small early-phase study or community practice rather than a guideline. The with-DAC form is long-acting and dosed about weekly; the without-DAC form, mod GRF 1-29, is short-acting and dosed more often.[1]

Dosing

Dosing depends heavily on which form is used. This is a description of what was studied or is commonly cited, not a recommendation. For the combined CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin stack, see that page instead.

FormTypical frequency
With DAC (long-acting)Roughly weekly; human PK study used 30 or 60 mcg/kg, weekly or biweekly
Without DAC (mod GRF 1-29)Short-acting, so dosed more often, commonly once to a few times daily
The with-DAC figures trace to a small Phase 1 pharmacokinetic study; without-DAC frequency is community practice. CJC-1295 is investigational and has no approved human dose.

In the published human pharmacokinetic study, the with-DAC form was given at 30 or 60 mcg/kg in weekly or biweekly doses, with an estimated half-life of 5.8 – 8.1 days and IGF-1 staying above baseline for up to 28 days after repeated dosing. The without-DAC form has no comparable dedicated human trial, so its more frequent daily dosing is community practice only.
