Enter one peptide's vial size and bacteriostatic water, then the target dose in micrograms. The calculator returns the concentration and the units to draw on a U-100 syringe. Run it once for each peptide.
Reviewed for accuracy · Last reviewed July 7, 2026The example mixes a 5 mg vial with 2 mL of water for 2.5 mg/mL, where a 100 mcg dose is 0.04 mL, or 4 units on a U-100 insulin syringe. Because CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin are reconstituted and drawn separately, run this calculation once per peptide and combine the draws only if you inject them together.
Community protocols commonly pair roughly 100 mcg of CJC-1295 with 200 – 300 mcg of Ipamorelin per dose. Neither peptide is FDA-approved, so treat these figures as community practice rather than an established dosing guideline.
