About these numbers

The example mixes a 5 mg vial with 2 mL of water for 2.5 mg/mL, where a 250 mcg dose is 0.1 mL, or 10 units. The commonly discussed research range is roughly 200 – 500 mcg once or twice daily.

BPC-157 is not FDA-approved, and almost all of its healing evidence comes from animal studies rather than human trials. Treat any dose figure as community practice, not an established guideline.
